Finally dengue fever has no specific vaccines to cure it, what you can do is to act according to a old saying “ prevention is better than cure” take necessary precautions, like having a mosquito repellent, remove all areas where you feel mosquitoes can breed clear all unwanted areas a bowl with water unused for many days
